In 2000 the Dubai government announced freehold property sales to foreigners. Tim recognised the opportunity and proceeded to create the first marketing domestic and international then launched Dubai's first real estate sales agency showroom focused on the sourcing and sales of 'Freehold properties. Always awarded Best in Dubai, Best in Abu Dhabi and Best in Arabia. Leading the market by opening four showrooms in Dubai and two in Abu Dhabi. Tim is widely recognised as the Pioneering entrepreneur of the Dubai real estate resale market.

In 2015, Vietnam relaxed their foreign ownership laws, Tim immediately recognised this as the next frontier signing Developments to offer the international investors. Expanding in 2017/ 2018 opening showrooms in Danang City and Ho Chi Minh City. The next chapter had begun.
In 2019, the world covid-19 pandemic had begun and Vietnam was recognised as the world leader in the war on this devastating virus closing their borders in January 2020 The Department of Security created the world's best protective mask. We negotiated with them to be the exclusive Agent exporting to the UK, EU and USA. This was the best mask in the world market. This could not have been possible without the help and vision of Lieutenant Colonel Hoang Van Hoa. We are forever grateful and honoured to be given this opportunity to work with a department of the Vietnamese Government. We hope to build more bridges across the Globe in the future.
